On behalf of the National Flight Nurse Academy faculty and staff, you are cordially invited to participate in the 6th Annual Summer Camp, to be held on August 11-15, 2008.

The National Flight Nurse Academy is supported by the Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University, as part of the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Flight Nursing program.
The annual summer camp provides an opportunity for those within the graduate program to seek specialized training in caring for critically ill and injured patients in an unstructured environment. Also, the Annual Summer Camp serves as a continuing educational format for advance practice nurses, graduate nursing students, and flight and transport nurses to review and renew skills inherent to acute care and working in unstructured environments.
The Annual Summer camp is comprised of didactic lectures and surgical skill stations encompassing human simulation, natural environments, and real time air medical practice strategies.
Please take a moment to review the agenda (PDF). We encourage full registration participation; however, individual days can be requested. Information and registration questions can be directed to Carolyn Nieman, MSN, ACNP, CFRN, Summer Camp Director.
More information coming soon.
